I am quite a laid back person all though most of my mates (I dont have many ;) ) say that I am loud and quite cocky. I would tend to agree. I am quite arrogant apparently but I like to think that once you get to know me it is in a totally lovable way and you should really take any insults or comments I make with a pinch of salt unless I say otherwise.I love culture and History, that probably sounds really lame but I do love learning about the history behind things and I am quite inquisitive thus I enjoy to travel, or I would do if anyone would actually travel and preferably pay for me to travel. HINT.I recently went to Magaluf in Spain which was superb had a good time and as I love clubbing it was my scene probably but wish I had seen more of Spain than I actually did. I really want to see the Northern Lights that is my next aim and Portugal the algarve and then onto Rome and Verona in Italy, those are my next two aims. Oh and IbizaI love clubbing. Being into Trance I am kind of spoilt for choice really and I hope to get to Global Gathering next year which falls on my birthday. I have been very lucky to have seen Armin Van Buuren who was ace in December in Bristol, The Syndicate is the main place to find me I guess and on the 26th of May I will be seeing Ferry Corsten as well, I count myself very lucky as I turned 18 just in time for The Syndicate to open. There are still very more DJ's I want to see the main two being Tiesto and PVD the two best ones in the world with Armin coming in a close third who was such a nice guy and clearly loves his work. If I am not trawling the trance scene then you will see me at Panache on a Wednesday or The Walkabout although we usally always end up in one place haha. Although my Dancing is often appreciated as much as a Nazi is in Jersy. So if I have danced on you, jumped on you or nearly made you want to kill me then I do apologize. I also love to shop, nothing gives me more pleasure than going clothes shopping then onto the pub with my mates it is fantastic. I am a bit vain and love my Brands Versace (Dont own anymore at thanks to someone)Armani and Hugo boss at the moment although right now I can afford none of this. :( I love playing and watching football, I am a fan of Bristol City (WREY) and have been going since 1992. I kind of live for Saturday during the season and from 3-5 pm no one can contact me on that day as I will either be watching them or listening on the radio. I dont really watch much football on TV though, I usally end up doing something else if I plan to sit down and watch it then watch the last ten minutes where it gets slightly more interesting, I have a passive liking of Spurs though. I guess my life is quite simple really but I like it like that, I am not in a huge rush and spent half my teenage life living quite a complicated and complex situations far beyond my years which is why I have no time for people who want to bitch and take life to serious, if something bad happens I usually try to see the funny side weather it is someones thatch cottage burning down or me losing all my money on the first day of a holiday, its all good and things tend to work themselves out. So now all that bolox (Well you were not expecting me to go a whole page without a swear word were you?) is out of the way I guess I should get down to the people in my life a bit of a updated version I guess. They are all my mates and sometimes I wish they were a bit more adventurous and interesting but I still love them all the same. Carleigh, and I spelt it right, is apparently my girlfriend, she tends to just follow me around like a expectant puppy and has a smile that melts my heart like butter. Shit rewind how did that compliment get in there, to be fair she does my head in, especially when I am in a mood and she just laughs. Serious though dont be fooled by the way I treat her when I am out, she knows its banter and so does everyone else who knows us, she does it back and its a laugh, she knows that I love her I am just not huge on the old public love affair thing I dont know why but things like that only need to be shared between two people anyway. We help eachother and we enjoy having the company of eachother, as a added bonus she likes in anal, so all is dapper there. :) Dapper haha Ug's word. Love you hun x Ug and Ty or as I now call Ty, scrubs, gayboy, cunt, prick and fatty, although he is lovely really. They are my raver mates, when they can be assed and when Ug is not being asleep on me. :( I love these two though and only recently realized how much I enjoy being around them. Shame they are both busy at the moment really. James, KP and the rest of the emo gang are ace as well always up for a laugh and always up to some sort of party, also the guys I play football with. The southmead lot are cool but are also on crimewatch so no comment there and the guys I chat to on MSN on a regular basis. Tony, Toni-Lou, Robert, Hannah and Blanca who are all fantastic people and have all lent me a ear when things are not going to well and likewise with them. Toni-Lou I have known for ages and although we go for weeks without actually chatting sometimes we have stuck mates and probably got a life time friend there, the same with Rob and Tony to which is good to know if I ever get lost in Wales. I guess that is it from me. I hope I have not bored you to death, well actually I couldnt give a fuck if I have to be honest. It is all cool though, keep up the fight and take care x. If however I was forced to chose 5 people who would come to my dinner party we dont need to look any further than -Damien Rice Such a wonderful person, his music is so powerful and a genuine inspiration to anyone that listens to him, every song he writes has a meaning behind it and he will forever hold a special place in my heart for helping me through the bad times without really ever knowing it. Thank you Damien.Noel Gallagher A true legend in my opinion.A bit like marmite you either hate him or love him, for me it is deffo love and all their songs are great OK not all he is not as good as Damien Rice but most of his songs are ace.Richard Ashcroft Another legend of music, I first got into him when I listened to Urban Hymes but his solo stuff is just as good if not better. Well we covered trance so I guess I should go onto something else now. I love singer and songwriters. Damien Rice is a slight.... *Everyone sniggers* OK fine, huge obsession of mine, I love him his lyrics are beyond perfect and his voice is great, I found him at a time when I needed someone like him most which helped me greatly. If one more person says "But it wont be the same without Lisa" I will block you, she is a fantastic singer I give you that but they have parted ways and Damien is and always will be fantastic in my eyes. "My cave is deep now, yet your light is shining through, I cover my eyes and still all I see is you." Just wow and I could go on but I wont, can not wait to see him in July with Carls. :) I also love Brit-Pop from the 90's, Oasis are massive although I am not a fan of their newest album (Dont belive the truth) and despite others not like Heathen Chemistry I love it. Richard Ashcroft and The Verve are fantastic a band and singer I only got into last year really and now own most of his albums. Then you have Blur who are fantastic but not really as good as the two above. I also love Ian Brown and the stone roses. Other than that we have - Pink Floyd - Best band of their time in my opinion, Wish you Were here is immense. Procul Harnum - Another 70's band, Whiter shade of pale is a classic song and have their greatest hits which is also good, a band I feel is often overlooked. Guns and Roses - One of the few "Hard" bands I can stand along wtih AC/DC. I dont mind Indie some good bands out there that I cant really be assed to mention but you know most of the common ones. My mind has gone blank Johnny Cash is superb though and I do like sad songs like Mad World etc. The Smiths are good as are Radiohead. I really do like Radiohead and for those that think creep is their best song try checking the rest of it out as well. The Editors - Took a risk buying the back room but was fantastic, camera is a classic. Prodigy and Underworld oh and Faithless three great groups. Coldplay are cool and last but no where near least (That would be spice girls) Royksopp.
Sixth sense, Gladiator, Lord of the Rings and Shawshank Redemption oh and The Green Mile are epics. Scarface and Children of Men deserve mentions and dont forget Pans Labyrinth which is fucking ace. BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA made me cry haha and many others to I could go on all day. I hate Will Ferrel and probably one of very few people that do.
Do not watch a huge ammount of TV but from what I do watch and really enjoy. Green Wing and Peep show, two cult classics when they started out. 24, into series 4 on DVD now and is really addictive. Use to love Dream Team but lost its way in recent years. Anything to do with Planet Earth. I like to watch factual Dramas as well about history and stuff again sad, oh and space. Not star track or anything like that lol just stuff about our solar system.
Lord of the Rings, the best book written ever. Phillip Pullman's Dark Materials, simply the second best series ever. Attila by Napier and anything by Chris Ryan, I love reading and read loads of books these are just a few that come to mind, Harry potter to haha.
