I am a 1997 Alumni of the Culinary Institute of America and chef/owner of Water City Grill. I got married in May of 2008 and currently have no kids but I do have 3 crazy and spoiled cats.In my free time I try to be involved in the arts. I have written and performed my own stage show, done some minor acting, host a dinner theater every 2 months and attend the theater as much as possible.I also play golf very poorly but I enjoy it. I love baseball, football, and soccer. That would be the Brewers, Packers, and DC United respectively.I like to travel but don't get to do it much. On a drunken dare my friend Nick and I drove to Canada, stayed for 15 minutes, and drove back to Oshkosh. Sober of course(it was the next day). 8 hrs there and 8 hrs back. Upper Michigan can get quite boring.That's about it.
