I am here for Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

OK so lets see here is me.
I'm 20 years old, live in Pine Grove, and lead a life set on finding stuff to do and experiencing new things.
I'm Straight Edge (SxE). No drugs, no smoking, no alcohol, no premiscuous sex. Not much else to say. If you want to talk about it then message me.
I'm am a very shy person until I get to no someone. Usually I will never make the first move in any kind of relationship and I have been known to be a bit antisocial. However, once my shell is cracked I can talk for hours about pretty much anything that comes to mind.
I'm a big time gamer and at am one with my geekdom. I love computers and pretty much anything to do with them.
I love reading books, mostly fantasy, but I can read anything really. I take pride in my decent sized book collection and hope to add to my novels over the years.
I am a Salutatorian graduate of McCann School of Business and I'm glad it is finally over; Whooo!. I have my degree in Network Adminitration but with the job market the way it is right now, I don't see any big jobs in the near future, though I do make a steady income already so I am thankful for that.
I love movies, theater, ect. Anything with the arts appeals to me. Anything where real talent is used to create something. The Phantom of the Opera is the greatest piece of art on a stage hands down.
I am an energy drink connoisseur. Most likely if there is an energy drink on the market, I've tried it and I possibley frequent it. My favorites are 24 (RIP), Bawls, and Diesel (RIP).
Oh yeah and I love pro wrestling and do a bit of it myself. Ring name = Vulcan. To anyone who wants to disrespect it an call it "fake" and a "soap opera for men", just meet me in the ring sometime and I will give you a crash course on how serious it can be.
I WILL open my own video game/computer store/cafe in the close future. I would love to do it with the friend who invisioned it with me but, hey, you know.
Bits of Information.
-I enjoy comic books and have a decent collection. I started collecting in early 2007. Comic books get a bad rap about being immature and childish, but most focus on central political and world issues, and if you are under 18 years old, you can even buy most of them. Don't add to the undeserved bad rap they get already. :P
-I love video games and have always enjoyed them. My original plans in life were to become a game designer, something I really enjoy, but after realizing that I wanted to keep it as a hobby rather then something I was forced to do, I gave up that path. I use video games to escape from reality, not to compete hardcore like most people. Believe it or not, games are some of the best psychologic you can find. And no, video games do not cause violence in anything. Enough said.
Favorite Games: Final Fantasy VII (greatest game ever), Final Fantasy Series, Suikoden Series, Kingdom Hearts Series, Elder Scrolls, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Xenogears, Metal Gear Solid Series, Bioshock, Dynasty Warriors Series, Super Smash Bros. Series, Pokemon, Diablo II (3 is on its way baby), and too many more to name.
-I enjoy pro wrestling as an art form. It takes more skill to pull off the stunts they do than most sports, and it is definately more dangerous than any other. As with any other form of theater, the real thrill comes from holding the crowd in the palm of your hand ready to feed of what ever you give them. That is what makes pro wrestling less of a "childish fascination" and more of a rational interst.
-I love anime and manga as well. Japanese art is taken for granted by a lot of people in the states, generally because it has become associated with the "nerd" community. While it indeed has, and I am proud to be a "nerd", I can also say that Japanese animation holds every bit of captivation as something from Disney or Pixar (perhaps even more nowadays) and should be respected for that. Not only that, but the Japanese know how to tell riveting, amazing stories, and some things are just better suited towards an animation style.
Honestly, that is really it. AIM me @ gwydionblack and I will answer absolutely anything else, or just chat.

I'd like to meet:

Whoever is like me.

SxE, games, computers, the whole deal.

and
V (Yeah I know he isn't real, but the ideas will live on forever.

V stands for the future which we cannot lose track of. We can't allow ourselves to become tools of the government. Our forefathers created this country for two things: freedom and the persuit of happiness. The way things are going, both of those things are unattainable in this world. People should not be afraid of their governments, governments should be afraid of their people.

Music:

Music is all pretty much cool to me. I love hard rock and yelling, but I'm also a sucker for slow and love songs. Let's not forget the oldies. Rap is OK to me but only a bit of it. Eminem is a god in that field. Country has it's perks occasionally. Orchestral music and opera I can listen to in the right mood. The only music I don't like is that with lyrics I cannot understand.

Movies:

V for Vendetta, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy, Star Wars Episodes 1-6, Big Fish, The Princess Bride, The Last Samurai, Braveheart, Kingdom of Heaven, The DaVinci Code, Phantom of the Opera, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, National Treasure Saga, Titanic, Most Marvel Movies, First Knight, Fast and the Furious Trilogy, Ladder 49, Indiana Jones Series, 300, Matrix Trilogy, Gladiator, The Departed, Troy, Saving Private Ryan, Last of the Dog Men, Fight Club, Rocky, Forest Gump, The Sandlot, Back to the Future Trilogy, Oceans 11, Harry Potter Series, Remember the Titans, We are Marshall... *sigh* *breath* OK, that about sums it up. I'm sure there are more but that gives a general idea. I love movies...

Television:

House, Lost, Heroes, Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, Family Guy, WWE Raw, Smackdown, ECW, TNA Impact, and various movies. Pretty much it...

Books:

Harry Potter series, The Lord of the Rings, Diablo, Sea of Swords, Da Vinci Code, The Prydain Chronicles, The Chronicle of Narnia, Angels and Demons, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night, and Forgoteen Realms books. Anything by Tolkien hits a hard point, anything fantasy related, and anything that really tells a good story. Manga: Death Note, Suikoden, Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball, ect. Comics: Captain America, Iron Man, The New Avengers, The Mighty Avengers, Kick-Ass, Serenity, C.A.L.I.B.E.R, and the list goes on.

Heroes:

Phil Brooks and anyone else who isn't afraid to go against the grain...
