About Me

A misanthrope with a heart of gold. A graduate student with so very little free time, but of course, always knowing how to make the most of it. A habitual mover with ties to half of the east coast cities (the one's that count at least), and yes, somebody who refuses to become jaded no matter what may happen.I also believe this is the funniest thing I have ever read for so many reasons:Envoys from the National Indian Foundation have for years tried to contact a man in Rondonia, a state in the southwestern Amazon forest, because he is believed to be the last survivor of his tribe. They tried to introduce him to an Indian woman to procreate. But the Hole Indian, as he is called because he lives on branches over a hole, shot arrows at them, sending the potential bride running.

My Interests

The brain, Baltimore, Maryland, The Chesapeake Bay, Philadelphia, new and interesting places, beautiful places, trees and their placement in the city, my future, having a life worth writing about (and would definitely be like a top ten seller, probably number 1).

I'd like to meet:

Fellow NYC residents who do things that I can respect.

Music:

I sweat remixes, walter meego, the epochs,Radio 4, tv on the radio, moving units, wolf parade, spoon, bloc party, portugal the man, shout out louds, broken social scene, the oranges band, presets, the arcade fire, the kills, the doves, the faint, interpol, the rapture, old 70's and early 90's punk bands (the clash, germs, discharge, crass, aus-rotten, etc.) .....pretty good shit

Movies:

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Requiem for a Dream, Syriana. All of John Waters films, even the really weird early one's that make no sense and have weird old fat black ladies in em, And I like the Baltimore homicide shows like The Corner, Homicide: Life on the Streets (haha i even know the end part), and The Wire (of course).

Books:

Dante's Inferno and 1984 are my two favorite books of all time. The World According to Garp was good just because it even surprised me with it's level of fuckedupedness.

Heroes:

ummm......myself?
