Come 5am I'm up from the sound of traffic buzzin by my window. Make do with the full day by tending my herb garden and cycling down to the local outdoors 50m pool where nothing gives me as much joy as knuckling down on a few km's that helps me reflect on life and work.I cook a lot. Bake too... Everyone jokes about me being Oliver refering to Jamie O. I get naked, though, and i've learnt the joys of cooking with friends... it's a hoot!Every year I spend 6 months in Spain (studying Latin people in general. SO beautiful) and when summer hits Cape Town I'm back for the surf. It's really good here. Friendly waves and then also some narly monsters ready to dump...I've always felt a little alone in my music tastes in Capetown because it's very commercial. I don't like commercial radio. I don't like TV commercials and I don't read the paper very often, but I can have a conversation about grooves, quantum mechanics and food!If you're sick of the radio, give my tracks a listen.
