MANY BANDS COME AND GO BUT THERE IS ONE BAND THAT IS MAKING MODERN DAY HISTORY. AFTER NOTHING EXISTS HAS PROVEN TO BE THE BAND THAT IS GOING TO STAY AND WHO IS MAKING AN IMPACT ON THE MUSIC INDUSTRY. THEY CAME SCREAMING OUT OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA IN THE LATE SUMMER OF 2006, WITH AARON SANCHEZ, DAYTHEN "DAY DAY"CASTRUITA AND JOSEPH "SCRUFFY" MEDRANO.
AS TIME AND PERSONAL COMMITMENTS CHANGE IN LIVES THEY DEVELOPED MUSICALLY WITH A NEW LINE-UP, WHICH INCLUDE THE ADDITION OF URIAH "VAMP" MATAMOROS, RHYTHM GUITARIST OSCAR CAMACHO, AND NEW DRUMMING BY THOMAS KAHLER. THEY ARE NOW GETTING TO THEIR STRONGEST POINT MUSICALLY.
WITH INTENSE SCREAMS OF JOSEPH "SCRUFFY" MEDRANO, THE POWERFUL GUITAR RIFFS OF AARON SANCHEZ, THE BEAUTIFUL AND MELODIC VOCALS OF JESSICA "J" TREVINO(FORMER VOCALIST), THE INTENSELY VISUAL BASS PLAYING FROM URIAH “VAMP” MATAMOROS, AND THE AGGRESSIVE DRUMMING FROM THOMAS KAHLER. THEY HAVE PROVEN THAT WITH DEDICATION AND PERSISTENCE THEY HAVE REACHED A MILESTONE IN THEIR CAREER.
AFTER NOTHING EXISTS HAS ITS OWN WAY OF MIXING HARDCORE AND METAL RIFFS WITH SOFT MELODIC SINGING AND CRUSHING VOCALS. THE SONG WRITING AND ARRANGEMENTS ARE THOUGHT PROVOKING, INTRIGUING, YET SIMPLE AND COMPLEX. A PERFECT EXAMPLE IS A STATEMENT THAT WAS DERIVED FROM A RECENT INTERVIEW WITH DIRECT iMAGE PROMOTIONS, "MAKING MUSIC THAT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN OUR LIVES AS WELL AS OTHERS. OUR MUSIC IS WHAT WE LIVE BY, IT IS NOT JUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF OTHERS BUT IN A LOT OF WAYS A SORT OF THERAPY FOR OURSELVES".-(VAMP)
AFTER NOTHING EXISTS HAS BEEN PLAYING TOGETHER FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND IN THAT SHORT PERIOD OF TIME THEY HAVE COME A LONG WAY AS A BAND AND AS PEOPLE.
A.N.E.X HAS PROVED THAT WITH ALL THE EXTREMELY EXPERIENCED TALENT AND COMPETITION THAT’S IN THIS INDUSTRY THEY CAN WITHSTAND THE DEMAND AND EXPECTATIONS THAT THEIR FAN BASE HAS EXPECTED THEM TO DELIVER.
ALTHOUGH THE MEMBERS DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR AGE DIFFERENCES THEY ALL PUT 110% WHEN THEY ARE ON STAGE SHOWING THEIR FANS THAT THEY PERFORM NOT ONLY WITH INTRIGUING SOUNDS AND LYRICAL MELODIES, BUT DELIVER WHAT IS IN THEIR HEARTS AND SOULS.
WHETHER THEY ARE ON STAGE OR OFF, THE MEMBERS OF A.N.E.X JUST LIKE TO BE THEMSELVES, THEY LIKE TO HAVE FUN AND ENJOY TALKING TO THEIR FANS. AFTER JUST A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, A.N.E.X HAS ALREADY DEVELOPED A DEDICATED FAN BASE AND SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE U.S. THAT CONTINUALLY GROWS.
THE END RESULT FOR ANEX IS SIGNIFICANT MUSIC EXPOSURE THAT DRIVES AWARENESS, CREDIBILITY, AND CURE...

After Nothing Exists & RSD

RSD, or Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, is invisible nerve pain that nobody seems to understand and even fewer people seem to care about unless they fall into its painful grasp. RSD touches the lives of thousands of people throughout the world but when one band, After Nothing Exists, or AneX, herd about the cause they decided to do their best to lend a hand and find a cure.

Word of RSD first reached AneX through an invite to perform at a benefit concert hosted by Ashley Goodall. The concert was called “Rock Out to Knock Out RSD,” and it did not take long for AneX to make this a personal goal of theirs after hearing about the pain that Ashley and thousands of other people young and old have to deal with every single day of their lives, pain that as of now has no cure and little treatment. Not to mention, many people do not even believe that RSD even exists.

After Nothing Exists has gone out of their way to post many banners on their web page for both Rock Out to Knock out RSD and Fight RSD (another group that Ashley helps run along with friends from around the country promoting RSD awareness and raising research funds) as well as to include Rock Out banners in their photos. The band has also gotten to know many friends of Ashley that also have RSD and has promised its dedication to the cause. Anybody that has talked to this band at least once knows that until there is a cure for RSD they will not stop helping with the fight!

To say that what AneX has done for RSD is appreciated would be an understatement by this point. Most people know, or should know, that it would be almost impossible to find such a dedicated group to not only making amazing music but also to showing love and support for a great cause. After Nothing Exists has done an amazing job and if they keep up the work, which we all know they will, both RSD Awareness and the band will go great places!
