Bestige (Show tonight @ Empyrean)

BESTIGE started as a two-man jam session and evolved into a serious project when old friends reunited and the first full lineup came together and in early 2007. Mixed influences formed together to create a new and unique sound that has become Bestige.
October 2007 The band played their first 2 shows at The Grail in Idaho and The Boulevard in Spokane. In late November of 2007, they introduced a new vocalist and bassist. The new lineup was unveiled when Bestige competed in their first Battle of the Bands competition held at The Boulevard in Spokane. With a brand new lineup and a brand new sound they won a preliminary round for a battle of the bands, competing against numerous seasoned local bands.
Bestige hit the studio and recorded their first professional demo in January of 2008 at Black Lab Studios with the legendary Joe Varela.
In March of 2008, the band competed in the 2nd and final round of Battle of the Bands at The Big Easy Concert House and took second place. The band continues to gain momentum.
In April 2008 Bestige took third place in The Rock Showcase Concert Series for a local radio station, Rock 105.7 The Peak.
The band continued to rock the local music scene until yet again there were more changes to their lineup. The band is now stronger than ever. Bestige has made many friends and fans on their journey, and they are continuing to forge ahead with their unique sound and dedication to the music.
With Jacob on vocals, Josh on lead guitar, Sammy on guitar, Rob on Drums, and Cody D on Bass, Bestige is at full force and wants to show you all what we're made of!
