Terrell Griffin & Free

Terrell Griffin was born a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He began to play at the early age of six. He developed is skills to play bass by listening to others whom he admired the most, such as his father the late Johnny Adams, Stanley Clark, Jaco Pastorius and The Brothers Johnson. His musical education was enhanced by the late Alvin Batiste at Southern University and then began traveling across the nation doing various recordings and concerts.Terrell is the husband of Lora, and has been married to his loving wife for sixteen years and he is the proud father of two beautiful daughters Taylor and Kennedy. He and his family worship at Charity Christian Center, Pastored by Dr. Don and Dr. Linda Bradford where he serves as the Minister of Music.For more than ten years now gospel listeners around the nation has known Terrell as a gifted songwriter, bassist and vocalist as well as an anointed musical arranger and producer. He is the founder and CEO of GAM (God’s Anointed Music). He renders a soulful voice that sounds like Brian Mcknight. Within embracing his musical career he lives in the studio, and has worked with some of the industries most outstanding artist such as Yolanda Adams, The Williams Brothers, The Winans, and the late James Moore to name a few.
