A&R or [Agent Trainee]???

I'm 24 years old and I just graduated with my Masters in Music Business from the University of Miami!!! Living in Miami has taught me a lot over the last five years. I've made great friends. I've gotten a chance to interview some of my favorite artists. And I've grown into man who knows his worth. Now, I'm in one of the best fuckin' cities in the world -NYC -to live out my dreams of establishing the next generation of successful new artists and help bring music back to a period when it was both GOOD and had substance. I have big dreams, and I won't stop until I make them a reality. I challenge everyone to do the same.
