-Bio- Carlitos Aguero is quickly making a name for himself as one of the most versatile drummer/percussionist around. He has been involved in many aspects of the music industry, such as performing, producing, educating, as a clinician and much more. As a drummer/percussionist, Carlitos has performed with such artist as Richie Gajate Garcia, Alex Acuna, Justo Almario, Abraham Laboriel Sr, Rojo, Jesus Adrian Romero, Bobby Rodriguez and the HMA Orquestra. Also, he has had the privilege of working with Late Latin greats like Tito Puente, Celia Cruz, Israel Lopez "Cachao", Anga Diaz and many more. As early as 15 years old he began working and studying with some of the most known and respected musicians in the business. Recently, he has been working with a new Christian music sensation, Enkairos as the recording and touring percussionist. Also, Carlitos was hired to record and produce Enkairos' new album, "Victory". Carlitos is the founder and house drummer/percussionist of New Song Records/Darkness to Light Ministries, a Christian organization. New Song Records/Darkness to Light Ministries produces and records God centered music for Christian musicians who have minimal financial resources. As an example of his versatility Carlitos plays with a wide verity of musical genres, including serving as the house drummer/percussionist for Darkness to Light Studios, The Vine Christian Center and Los Consentidos a traditional Latin trio band. In addition to working as the house drummer/percussionist he works as a freelance musician. Carlitos versatility covers styles of music ranging from Latin, rock, jazz, pop and many more. Carlitos has most recently been working as the Worship/Music coordinator for Reliance Community Church, based out of Uplnad CA. Carlitos keeps busy with his most important ministry of all being a Godly husband and father. He is married to a beautiful woman, Yanira, and is father to his two wonderful children Aleyna and Josiah. 1 Peter 2:9
