You heard right... Vibratore Bizarro = Unbridled Passion!!!
Vibratore Bizarro (their name is taken from an Italian porn movie) was conceived during October of 1998, when three members of prototype stoner band Jesus Toy decided to follow a more groovy less psychedelic rock path than that of their previous incarnation.
Vibratore Bizarro created their first pieces of music in the studio. Some gigs followed in Athens co-headlining with groups of the same mentality.
During winter of 1999 Vibratore Bizarro record their first 3-track demo at the Sierra studio.( "Dead Man Walking", "Touch Me", "Motorlove").The demo is being passed to magazines and journalists and gets the approval of Metal Hammer magazine (7/10 in the reviews section).
December of 2000 and the shooting of a video for the song "Dead Man Walking" takes place with more than satisfactory results. Athens Mad Channel (capital's only music TV station) takes up the rest through the specialist show Mad Files, TV war.
Live shows highlights .
A couple of selected gigs follow (including a support slot with British rockers Orange Goblin) before drummer Labis A. announces his departure from the band.
Dinos becomes the new drummer for Vibratore Bizarro ...As for the songs, without losing any of their hard-rocking essence; they get a new punkier treatment, thus becoming agents of a newly-established freedom and easy-going ness within the band.
A live show with stoner rockers Nebula follows...and the time had come for studio recordings. The band enters sierra studios ...recording their debut CD. Few months later the band-financed production is ready for release.
Vibratore Bizarro are finally here with their first CD "SEX HUNDRED & SEXTY SEX" !!! Heavy tunes to rock your world!!!
