Oobleque is: David William Davis-Martin, Matthew M. Florez, Miles Vaughn, and Stephen Randal Casals.
Got together in late '05. Had no name, just a five year mission... Developed the name of TriPrimelody because the original mission was to extricate all creative ideas and experiences from the three original members, David William Davis-Martin (myspace.com/dacheeba), Matthew Florez, and Stephen Casals (myspace.com/casals) and compile them into an intuitive interactive pile of stuff that can be enjoyed by more than one type of person.

So... TriPrimelody evolves into Try.Then a Fourth dude comes in, Miles Vaughn. And for a minute or two, we become Us. Our first jams are titled with the album name, "Tried Miles", under the Triplabs Record Label.

The name is still good at this point, but needs to go somewhere (see, "Going Somewhere" by Miles Vaughn). So somebody says something about something extra, or about creating something new, like a fifth season, and suddenly my silly brain kicks out one of my all time favorite children's book subjects: Oobleck. Dr. Suess, "Bartholomew and the Oobleck" check it out.

We all, especially me and Matthew decide on the spelling Oobleque because we really like the Pink Floyd "Any Colour You Like" thing. I have always like spellings like Centre, and colour, and stuff like that, and besides, France is cool, so......

Oobleque it is............
