About Me

I spend a good deal of time at my basement bar. Drinking, yes, but mostly painting. The setup is ideal- nice bright track lighting, a sink to swirl colors in, ample space for chemically composed paints and paper and frames and generally an erratic mess. I have a lovely large beer goblet to hold paint-mixing water in. My cats like to drink from it. I try to discourage these behaviours. Inevitably, there is animal fur dried into all my pictures. This is nothing to be upset about certainly, and in fact is rather endearing. In summation, I love to learn, daydream, walk in the rain, eat spoonfuls of peanut butter, cuddle with my pets, ride my motorcycle with my hair down, read, paint, listen to music in the dark, get happy drunk, take pictures, tend to my flower garden, and camp in the middle of nowhere.
