NEMOROSA (working on new songs)

About Me

nemorosa means the white anemone in latin, a flower that only comes in white, and was therefore often refered to as a symbol for sickness by the ancient romans. a mental state can often be classified as a form of disease, some kind of illness. but where do you draw the line? we don't know, and you probably neither. we couldn't figure it out so we decided to start a band instead.
nemorosa plays some kind of heavy music. a hybrid of metal and hardcore, but not really metalcore. we're so sick of all the macho bullshit image alot of bands go for, and we want to be able to play this type of music without taking part in any of that. we play in other bands driven by melody (chemical vocation, far above) so we've got some pop melodies here, but this is mainly quite aggressive music. it's hard to describe in a few lines, so you'll have to listen yourself.
we've all got our itches and aches, but this music is way for us to get a load of our shoulders. we take inspiration from all the negative aspects of our lives and hopefully we've turned it into something positive...
