FROG A FUNG, the new solo project of the Mexican Architect Renato Aarón Hernández Chapa, started surfing in 2008.Renato floated into the music scene when he was 10 years old, playing the guitar in several metal/rock/alternative bands. He then boogied the piano and violin (for a while) producing a new age style that led him to electronic music.Renato began producing electronic music in mid 2003, starting with progressive psy trance. He got crazy!! Then he surfed into another wave exploring new styles of tech house, electro and minimal, mixing all of them together and exploring new magical sounds. After 5 years of enchanting work he started bringing his music from the studio to the stages with his Mexican cousin Alejandro (the toad) with the name HONGO N MOLONGO. This project consisted of electro house and progressive tunes. It was awesome and fun!!!!More recently he has been morphing and defining himself as a professional mixture of frog and fungi. His newest project consists of progressive, transparent liquid sounds!!!He's also moving on another passion wave called AWA.BLANKA, consisting of relaxing chillout, ambient sounds of the world with some electronic tunes.
