yia sas! basically, i'm a nutty greek pastry made with phyllo dough. i have many relatives in the middle east, western asia and the balkans who are equally tasty. sometimes i can be a flake but deep inside i'm really very sweet and maybe a little sticky. i taste delicious with honey drizzled over me. i'm still new to america but i hope to make a lot of friends while i'm here.
