About Me

THEE RUMBLE BEES
Photo by Andreia Braga (Thank you!)

Late November of 2004, Frederico Baltazar and Bruno "Ripper In Hell" went to a Texabilly Rockets show and spend most of the time talkin' about start playin' some early sixties surf music/ frat rock tunes.
They've started jamming on the day after that, tryin' to play Link Wray's Rumble, Sonics' Witch, Wailers' Hang Up, etc with a very (Garage) punk attitude. After the first rehearsal theyd invite Joana (Syncoped Bass) and Osga (Fast Lead Guitar) to join the band.On April of that year, André Joaquim from Dr. Frankenstein had invited them to open their show on the fest. Wild Box at Caixa Econmica da Voz do Operário, Lisboa (Portugal). And they made their first public appearance. After a couple more shows, on September of 2005, Osga call his quit and leave the band being replaced by Sérgio Montinho (Screamin Lead Guitar). After two months rehearsin they had been invited by Toki to play at the fest. Great Skakin Fever at Uptown Bar, Porto.Meanwhile Sérgio Montinho has called his quit and we didn't record at all... but we will have more news very soon, hopefully! Stay tuned!(...to be continued...)Thanks to Paulo Rocker for the photos
