About Me

PUT YOUR ABOUT ME SECTION HERE I most interested in knowledge of phenomenon and wisdom leading to understanding of The Noumenon of existence. Anything that has to do with deep introspection. I enjoy spending quality time with wife and children, and contemplating existence and the vastness of our universe from the microcosm to the macrocosm.I am currently a Junior in College finishing up my BA in Applied Psychology and working hard to attain a PsyD from George Fox University. I would love to teach Psychology, Philosophy, Comparative Religion, or Writing at a University. I plan on spending a large part of my career on development and implementation of non-profit organizations and scholarships that will help to protect endangered children and help them to grow into emotionally mature, stable, and fully capable adults who will add to our society.I tend to consider all things with reason and then apply what I learn to the fabric of my belief. Because of this I tend to be strong in my convictions; as well, I see more complement in the world than contradiction, i.e., I am a man of science and also a Christian, I am both optimistic yet skeptical.I tend to be "old fashioned" of high moral standard, of greater ethical considerations, civilized, humane, and more conservative of family values than not. Still I believe in the power and necessity of revolution if a society is faced with a fascist or tyrannical governing body. "God Bless America, and the Boston Tea Party".My IQ TEST: 132Personality Type: (ENSJ): Extrovert, Nurturer, Sensory, Judgemental: The Teacher: would make a great teacher or therapist.MY INK BLOT PROJECTIVE TEST: Alex, your subconscious mind is driven most by Curiosity You are full of questions about life, people, and your own potential. You spend more time than others imagining the possibilities for your life — and you're open to things others are too afraid to consider. You have an almost physical need to know and do more. It's only through new experiences that you feel a greater understanding of yourself and the world. You also have a rebellious streak that shows up when you feel unable to truly influence the world or circumstances around you. Your appetite for novel experiences also shows an openness others don't have, but wish they did.Your psyche is very rich; the more you learn about it, the more you will understand who you really are.Current events in 1975, the year I was born: Gerald For was the President of the United States of America, and his wife, Betty Ford, publicly announces that she thinks her children have tried marijuana. The US civilians were evacuated from Saigon as Communist forces took over South Vietnam, and the US Marines rescue the crew of the American ship the Mayaguez near Vietnam. Teamster Jimmy Hoffa disappears off the face of the Earth. Patty Hearst was captured by the FBI and convicted of bank robbery. Natalie Imbruglia, Drew Barrymore, David Beckham, Enrique Iglesias, Angelina Jolie, and Tiger Woods were born too. George Lucas began the filming of Star Wars, while Jaws and Rocky Horror Picture Show were at the top of the box office. The Cincinnati Reds won the World Series, Pittsburgh Steelers won the Superbowl, and the Philadelphia Flyers won the Stanley Cup. For reasons unknown to man, Barbra Streisand won the Grammy for best song when she sang her rendition of "The Way We Were". For the first time Late night American television culture heard "Welcome to Saturday Night", as Saturday Night Live made its debut. Also premiering that year was the Wheel of Fortune and Soul Train.
