Bob Jr, a multi-talented person who dedicates his whole life into music. He's the lead guitarist for the band "fieldplayers" which concentrates on the MODERN TRADITIONAL MALAY MUSIC and also the founder, leader, composer and lead guitarist for a metal band called REBORN EVILISH DEVIL a.k.a RED and an ETHNIC FUSION ROCK band named IMPERIL EUPHONY. Besides doing what he's best of doing, Bob Jr is also a promising MUSICAL DIRECTOR. This has been proved by his performance with a theatre production of BELALANG KENIT (Akademi Seni Kebangsaan) and ALI BABA THE MUSICAL (Istana Budaya). Started playing guitar at the age of 11 and studied under the supervision of Sham Kamikaze when he was 13. Now Bob Jr already finished study with Akademi Seni Budaya Dan Warisan (ASWARA) formerly known as Akademi Seni Kebangsaan (ASK) and majors in Creative Music(arranging & composing). With the band "fieldplayers", they have acclaimed an international acknowledgement by participating in RIAU HITAM PUTIH INTERNATIONAL music festival and had the opportunity of performing side by side with the legendary KRAKATAU, GILANG RAMADHAN and HARRY TOLEDO BAND. In ASWARA he studies under the supervision of the great IMAM BROTHERS (RUSLAN IMAM AND RAMLAN IMAM), ISYAM SWARDY DAUD (guitar), and ROSDAN ABBAS, to name a few. He had write and composed some beautiful tunes such as THE ORIENTAL which has been selected as a dance tune for events (STEPPING OUT 2004 AND INTERNATIONAL DANCE FESTIVAL 2005) performed by IMPERIL EUPHONY. And his latest dance music composition is the 'SAMURAI' cooperation with JOHN FP and MOHD NAZRI the dance coreographer. And his latest 'big work' was the MUSICAL THEATER TUN ABDUL RAZAK organised by ASWARA. He was the Music Director and the Composer for the event. His ambitions is to be success and recognized locally and internationally and may his dream come true.
