ESP: Alan Matias Hermida Garcia aka "MatGarcia", nacido en el barrio porteño de barracas en 1987, tiene sus comienzos en la musica desde pequeño mediante su madre profesora de canto (Susana Garcia) y su padre apasionado de los discos entre los que se destacan Queen, PinkFloyd, Emerson Lake and Palmers, Jean Michelle Jarre, entre otros. A los doce años Alan descubre una vocacion actoral que lo acerca aun mas a la musica, ya q tiene la posibilidad de experimentar comedia musical, de la mano de Hugo Midon y Carlos Gianni de 440 producciones (http://www.440pm.com/), tambien a esta edad ya es atraido por los sonidos de bombos y redoblantes al formar parte de la percusion en murgas portenias que mas adelante lo llevarian a egresar como percusionista profesional. En sus catorce años ingresa al Coro Kennedy (http://www.corokennedy.com/) donde termina de aprender conceptos sobre la musica. Ingresa en el mundo de la musica electronica a esta misma edad por medio de la radio, influenciado por artistas como Tennaglia, Deepdish y otros, escucha los sonidos del house y sus derivados, que lo atraen definitivamente a comienzar su carrera como dj y productor en el 2005. En el 2007 consigue su primer residencia en el parador El Signo de pinamar donde toca con djs como Zeta Bosio y JLGabin entre otros. En su corta carrera ya ha tocado en lugares como Ku pinamar, El Alma, UFO Point, El Signo, Kika Club, Green Mango, entre otros. Al escuchar los sonidos del minimal y techno, decide emprender su carrera como productor e ingresa a estudiar Produccion de musica electronica, en la EMBA (Escuela de Musica de Bs As).

He has been involved in musical business since he was a little boy, because of his mother, who is a singing teacher (Susana Garcia) and his father who was a fan of good music such as Queen, PinkFloyd, Emerson Lake and Palmers, Jean Michelle Jarre, etc. At the age of twelve, Alan discovers an actoral vocation that takes him into other level of music. He got the chance to experiment musical comedy with Hugo Midon and Carlos Gianni of 440 productions (http://www.440pm.com/) and at this age he also starts his career as a percussionist in many "murgas" and carnavals. At the age of fourteen he becomes a member of the Kennedy Choir (http://www.corokennedy.com/) and decides to learn the last concepts about music. This year he joins the world of electronic music for the first time, by different radio stations, influenced by artists like Tennaglia, Deepdish and so on, listens to the finest house and decides to start his career as a dj and producer in 2005. During 2007 he gets to his first residenci at El Signo in pinamar, where he plays with artists like Zeta Bosio, JLGabin and others. Despite of his short career he has played in places like Ku pinamar, El Alma, UFO Point, El Signo, Kika Club, Green Mango and others. When he listens the sounds of Minimal and Techno he decides its time to start a new career as a producer. Nowadays he is studing Production especializated in Electronic Music at the EMBA (Music Academy of Bs As).
