Hi, my name is Rob Elliot. I grew up with classic rock playing in bands,realizing later in life that what I liked about it was the jammed out parts..grooves and such...then came to realize I am a "jam band" fan...and became in love with groove oriented music such as MMW and Scofield,Greyboy Allstars etc..rooting from early funk...so I record more of my current stuff with that flavour also hosting jams at my house... playing live with other musicians is where I find most creativity..so I do that lots too. playing in bands doin gigs. My first band was Unspeakable Delights..played frat parties in T.O. Then played in a original band In L.A. called Peace Frog..played there for 3 years and back to southern ontario in a couple other cover bar gig bands. I play in a band called "Porch Stool Jam"..kinda alternative/classic rock/JamBand.. do some gigs with "Passenger",a "jam band" out of guelph. Lastly for right now, also play weekly at my house with a bunch of old jammin buddies,improvising and exploring into the unknown.. its a "jazz/funk/groove and psychedelic thing"..Ill post something for that when I got it... most of the stuff I will post on my space will be my own stuff.Create or get your
