Pplato is a hybrid child of electronic music and rock live performance. The boundary between acoustic and digital sounds become fuzzy ; the computer becomes an instrument while guitar and drums are turned into sound machines . Mixing the fragility of improvisation with a rock groove, pplato's soundscape is unique, drawing on contemporary music and on the energy of live rock music.
A self-professed video artist, Scorpene Horrible is the fourth musician of the band. He improvises with visuals as an expression of the music.
