Influences: "I wanted to play Jazz Guitar since I first saw Joe Negri on Mr. Rogers over 35 years ago. I wanted to play like Scotty Moore and Chet Atkins because they were always on the stereo at my grandma's house. I love Wes Montgomery and Les Paul."

"I am also influenced by everyone I have played with, including these selected people: Scott Belck, Louie Bellson, Joanne Brackeen, Brothers in Arms, Ray Brown, Royce Campbell, Conte Condoli, Dennis DiBlasio, The Gear Shifts, Tom Harrell, David Hastings, Patrick Hessian, Johnny Holiday, Marian McPartland, Larry (Mack) McWilliams, Ellis Marsalis, Mylla, Frank Puzulo,The Shrine Circus, TC & his Orchestra - Big Band, The Vince Villanova Big Band, The Lawrence Welk Road Band, Roger Williams, and Phil Woods."

"Guitar players should listen to more than just guitar players. Like most jazz artists, I am certainly influenced by the legends in jazz. Some of my favorites are Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Stan Getz, Oscar Peterson, Lee Morgan, and Paul Desmond."
Sounds Like: A cool mix of Joe Pass, Russell Malone, Wes Montgomery, Grant Green, Herb Ellis, BB King, Les Paul, Larry Carlton, Brian Setzer, Chet Atkins, and Dick Dale.
