I've always been happy by myself. I definitely enjoy my freedom. But, it definitely would be nice to have that someone who completes me. I don't want to compromise what I have now - my peace. I'm happy being alone. And don't need no more booty calls!! There are plenty of those, IF I ever do want one. If I can't find that special someone - my TRUE best friend - then I'm happy the way I am. I don't NEED someone. It would be nice to WANT someone. I had a relationship for 6 years. It didn't work. We grew. And we grew apart. But we were TRULY friends. There was trust, honesty, loyalty, respect and humor - the things I need most. And I'm not asking for anything that I won't give back. It's a 2-way street! Then, besides the trust, loyalty, respect, and a sense of humor - there's the chemistry (gotta have chemistry) - the fun, smart, intelligent, the motivated, the successful, the determined, the sensitive, the thoughtfulness - am I asking for too much?? I don't think so, because I possess all of this - and need someone at my level or above - someone that can bring me up - not bring me down...I'm definitely far from perfect - we all have our flaws - but it's just a matter of what you want to deal with when you put everything on the scale - and you have to be able to do that and to realize that nobody IS perfect - but I definitely AM an appreciative person - and I don't take ANYTHING for granted.
