Spirit of the Staircase is my personal goth/industrial music project. Currently deep into producing my first album, to be out in 2009. Synth-centric, melodic, dance-inspired music and meaningful lyrics, many inspired by my victory over cancer several years ago.The name "Spirit of the staircase" (from the phrase l'esprit d'escalier) means "the witty repartee you think of to say only as you’re on your way down the stairs after your opportunity to use it." My music represents much of what I've always wanted to do and say, but wish I'd done so much earlier.
I am also a lead vocalist and lyricist for Titans , a Swedish industrial band. Plus, my songs are included on a couple of industrial compilations including Songs in the Key of Death . DEATHKEY!
