Sam I Am

I just want to say thank you to everyone that came and saw me and or prayed for me while I was in the hospital. I have amazing friends and I dont know what I did to deserve them. I cant thank you guys enough (You know who you are). I dont regret for one second what I have had to endure. It has helped mold and shape me into who I need to be. I now understand what heartache so many people live with on a day to day basis. For some reason I was given a second chance, when others have not been so fortunate. God has given me a second chance to tell those around me how much I love them and what an impact they have made on my life. I see life much differently now then when I went in. Its sounds cliche but I think I got the better end of the deal. Every day is gift from God not to be taken for granted and with that mentality life is so much sweeter. Food taste amazing, having the ability to take a deep breath is exhilirating, laughter amongst friends is what life is about. I dont want to spend my life chasing things that I think will make me happy. I am completely happy right now in this moment of time armed with the knowledge that I have no regrets. Life is so precious and its gone in the blink of an eye. I think Tim McGraws song "Live Like You Were Dying" pretty much sums it up. My name is Sam. Yes I actually do like green eggs and ham. I do eat them for breakfast everyday. Im 23 and do my best to live life to the fullest. I like every sport known to mankind. My favorites are football, baseball, snowboarding, surfing, fencing, tennis, ping pong, pool, volleyball, badminton, cricket, foozball, basketball, dodgeball, rock climbing, mountain biking, weightlifting, working out, running, skipping, hopping you get the idea.... I was born in Edmonton Alberta eh... I love to travel. I have been to Canada DUH!, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Grand Caymans, Iceland, Norway, Costa Rica and ALL over the US. I am on my way to getting my Masters Degree in International Business. I have an associates in Theology and am hours away from my Bachelors in Business. I am a computer geek, nothing turns me on more than RAM and motherboards. I try to always have the latest tech gadget and will use them to take over the world in like a couple years. I love to cook and discover new recipes. I enjoy a glass of wine and stimulating intellectual conversation. I enjoy talking about world issues and of course the 2 no no's religion and politics. I love when my car breaks down because it means another lesson on how to work on cars. I love getting down and dirty.
