About Me

Daniel. I chant and use Nam-myoho-renge-kyo in my life. I suppose I see myself as an optimistic realist trying to develop the wisdom to direct my life in the direction that creates the most value for those around me. It's a constant reminder that this is a difficult task but I have the support of those around me that drives that will to succeed in anything I take on. While there are many ways to define oneself, I base myself in my practice of Nichiren Buddhism for the good of my life as well as the world. Faith exists to develop mentally, physically, and spiritually and I see it as a benefit everyday that I see my life that way. Once compassion becomes the driving force of your actions, you see your life change dramatically and a revolution from within occurs. I want to spur that kind of change in every life I encounter. I'm working on it. In the meantime, I enjoy life to it's greatest degree.
