About Me

OK..... Since I got no love from my daughter! I will go ahead and put something in here. No guarantees it will be interesting but oh well. I am old and out of shape. But I can still kick the crap out of my kids in ANY sport! HA!!! Anyways.. I have the greatest wife in the world. She is amazingly beautiful on the outside and even more beautiful as a person. She is the reason I am the person I have become! I have a 16 year old(Yes I said I was old) daughter that shares a passion for life the same way I do. My son(lil Bob) is 10 and is pretty much the perfect split between Dez and I. I enjoy many different sports but I would have to say that surfing, soccer and hockey are my favorites. I work too much but try to spend as much time as I possibly can with my family. I have made lots of friends over the years and I am always looking for more! Finally, when I grow up I want to be a professional hockey or soccer coach. This truly is my personal passion and what I love to do! So, enough about me. If you want to know more just browse my coments. I am sure all of the wingnuts here will tell you plenty about me. I guess when it comes down to it the following statement pretty much sums up Bob Campbell... "Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screeming "WOOHOO - WHAT A RIDE BABY!!! My Interests

Surfing, Hockey, Soccer and pretty much any other action sport. My greatest interest is my family. I coach hockey and have coached soccer for many years. I enjoy sleeping as much as possible as well :)

Music:

Pretty much any and all. Not a real big country fan.... just can't do the big belt buckle and funky ass hats. Primarily I would say I am stuck in the 70's classic rock thingy.

Movies:

ok.. mostly comedies and sports flicks. Always enjoy a good surf movie or watching the Fuel channel. Most of my stupid comments come from cult classic flicks from the 70's thru early 2000's. Mel Brooks movies are great but there have been some pretty funny Adam Sandler flicks too. Things like Office Space, Friday, Old School etc... If you can't put together a picture from this description than you are checking out the wrong persons site. Stupid people can just keep on moving.. there is nothing to see here!

Television:

Fuel Channel Rocks!!! Professional as well as amatuer sports. Other than that I am a fan of Fear Factor and can watch Married with Children for ever!

Books:

Not a big reader these days.. try to do the books on cd mostly. But, the lord of the rings trilogy was great! I enjoy listening to professional and possitive thinking type of stuff. Helps to keep the crap out of my head and move myself forward personally as well as professionally. Besides, these things help me to be a better friend to others when they need advice. If I had to pick a favorite book. There would be no question about it. The Bible. I started off the wrong way with it by figuring hey I will get the whole story by reading the end first right? BAD THING!!! Don't go to Revelations before getting a firm grasp on what all of our futures hold for us in the end! TRUST ME ON THIS ONE!!!!!!

Heroes:

Contrary to what my daughter thinks I am NOT my own hero! Honestly, my heros are my wife. She has the greatest work ethic I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She has always stayed possitive even when times were horrible. She is the ultimate giver to everyone! She is my inspiration in life! She has come from so little to become so much! If god were to create an image of the perfect woman. He would not need to look any further than my wife Desiree.MY daughter Nicole. She is the most amazing young person to ever walk the planet. The love she shares with me for the water as well as an internal fire to never quit, never settle for anything less than amazing in life and the courage to try anything I throw at her! She has become a fantastic athelete purely from hard work and digging deep when she needs to most! She is beautiful and brilliant! I cannot express in words how incredibly proud I am of her and the person she is becoming!My little man Little Bob. Truely one of the most gifted human beings I have ever seen. You can't help but smile every time you see this kid. He is THE MAN every where he goes. The world will know this person in a huge way!!! I too am incredibly proud of him and all that he does in his life!Other than that I would like to say that my mom is also one of my heroes. This is a woman that raised four very out of control boys and she did it on her own! One of the greatest things I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing in my life! She truely did beat all of the odds in life!! I am very proud of you mom! You are amazing!Last but not least I would like to say that my heroes are any single mother or father or even married ones that make the decision to dedicate thier life to the kids they bring in to this world! There is no greater accomplishment than to be a possitive role model to a young person and help them to be a possitive contributer to society!!!
