I got started listening to music at a young age. my first memory of music was the kiss love gun album with the gun pop out. couldnt tell ya now what was on the album though. first album i bought was a comp called them bonners be poppin from WYATT EARP RECORDS. i went to my first "concert" with my older sister at the kishma grotto. if you are oldschool flint you know what i mean. it was all over from there. every weekend i was at a show, taking in the ambiance. my first major concert was alice cooper with s/g ace freely and the comets, faster pussy cats, who were far too drunk and high to go on so they came out and said " due to teshinitaldifcults we are unamble to purfrom." and fell down on stage. lmao. i got into techno some how, not really a natural progression but neither am i. at some point a few years ago i began djing a radio show in an underground station. i got my first taste of turntables, and found that they were yummy. the show went on saturday nights from 9 till i fell out. spinning an "eclectic" mix of sounds. country to industrial, hip hop to jazz, standards to experimental. at times pounding the bottles off the shelves at a local watering hole that played the station. so i really have to thank JDubbs for turning me on to that, and all of the radio free flint members for their "support", even if a few of my platters came up missing from time to time it was well worth it. JDubbs aso spotted me the program i used to create the songs i have here on the net so many thanks to him for that , even though he got jealuos when my first few tracks sounded better than his. his words not mine. now if i could just get the cash to continue this work and the courage to leave my studio and play live (dj) things would be so much happier in my soul.
