Sydney designers Anna Plunkett & Luke Sales have a self proclaimed 'love of kitsch Australiana,' which is reflected in the craft inspired nature of their collections. Pieces feature imaginative embellishments including patchwork, crochet, pom poms & one of a kind screen printed designs. Their unique approach to fashion has excited media & celebrities worldwide, with the pair comissioned to dress Cyndi Lauper, Lilly Allen, The Veronicas, MIA & Melbourne band Architecture in Helsinki.
Konstantina Mittas Bold, sexy & artistic, Konstantina Mittas creates innovative, stand-out pieces. With emphasis on construction, she moulds luxury fabrics to create distinctive, dramatic shapes that are sure to get you noticed. Although based in Sydney, the label now has a cult following overseas & is stocked in boutiques alongside Chloe, Marc Jacobs & Vivienne Westwood.
Ellery Launched by Perth based designer Kym Ellery, this label made its debut on the Australian spring/summer catwalks in 2007. Inspired predominantly by art & music, Ellery pieces are unique, yet wearable, with each garment intricately created with the highest quality fabrics. This season’s collection, ‘L’, features a predominantly dark colour palette, with black dresses, pants, jeans, shorts & tops highlighted with gold studs & chains.
Therese Rawsthorne This Sydney based label is renowned for creating fresh, modern classics with a playful twist. Using predominantly cotton & silk, Rawsthorne’s pieces make use of a clean, uncluttered colour palette and simple, free-flowing silhouettes .
