About Me

i: cannot speak japanese well, enjoy hiking until i cannot walk for 3 days, am the karaoke masta, like short hair, can be a mean drunk, cannot drive motor vehicles, have a love/hate relationship with laundry, do whatever i want...

My Interests

what i crave:

okonomiyaki, guitar, karaoke, hiking, the sea, stoopid children's songs, playing the backs of wooden frogs with a stick, limbo contests, japanese boys, eating delicious things, travelling to hot places, despite hating the heat.

I'd like to meet:

i'm not really interested in being 'friends' with anyone who randomly friend requests me without sending an email first, yo.
..
yes, it would have been appropriaate to post this at setsubun time, but i just watched it now. and it is ridiculously funny to me, at this time.

Music:

built to spill, blondie, zazen boys, david bowie, blonde redhead, the who, old modest mouse, the gap band, big star, elliott smith, serge gainsbourg, jefferson airplane, sleater-kinney, cameo, beck, yellow magic orchestra, tahiti 80, led zeppelin, jimi hen, ween

Movies:

i haven't watched a good movie in a really long time. everything i've seen lately has been crap. with the exception of 'harold and kumar go to white castle'. im not trying to make a statement about what this says about the movie industry. i'm just saying, the writing is really clever, and actually makes you laugh, so i think it works as a film

Television:

i don't watch tv now, but i use to want to be the caption writer for 'blind date'.

Heroes:
