I'd like to meet:
A range of people. I miss having a great group of intelligent, savvy, and funny girlfriends to hang out with. My friends from Barnard were an amazing group, now dispersed all over creation - hopefully a new group will develop in this new locale.
As for boys? Oye. Frankly, I'd love a cool group of guys that I could just hang out with without worrying about agendas. I'm a tomboy at heart and love the ease of just hanging out with the guys. The stupid jokes, the movie lines. Plus, I swear like a truck driver. Always had great guy friends growing up and at UCLA - that pretty much died once I hit Barnard :) (except for Jon's friends, of course).
Unfortunately Necessary Addendum: How to Know I Won't Respond
-
You did a search for Asian Females
Your gallery of friends looks like a strip club facebook
Even worse, your gallery is all stripper-looking asian females
You show that you clearly didn't read what I wrote about myself
To be perfectly honest, the chances that I'll respond to anyone who's not at least a friend of a friend (of a friend), a past acquaintance or who has something truly in common (school, etc) is pretty slim (no one has that much time!), unless there's something particularly compelling about you. And, no, that's not a call for more chest shots, folks.THIS MEANS I'M NOT GOING TO RESPOND IF I DON'T KNOW YOU. I DON'T CARE HOW CUTE YOU THINK I AM, HOW INTERESTING YOU THINK YOU ARE, ETC. PLEASE DON'T CLOG MY INBOX - I WON'T RESPOND!

John Hughes & other 80s fare, Beaches, Steel Magnolias, Napoleon Dynamite, Shawn of the Dead (yes, Rose, it IS funny), The Hunt for Red October (i have no idea why, but i'll watch it anytime it's on), Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Alien, Garden State + soundtrack, i'm sure there's more, but now i'm bored...

Oh, geez...CSI, Law & Order, PBS, BBCAmerica, Prime Suspect, Everybody Loves Raymond, History Channel, Disovery/Discovery Health, Military channel, Lost/Alias (although they're losing favor), any law/crime show...and, embarrasingly enough, MTV's Laguna Beach - dude, I lived with those girls at UCLA - just as scary as I remember...

Anyone who fights for the underdog.
