4 musicians who play with each other in different bands joined one morning in the winter of 2005 for a jam session. They couldn't stop playing. After playing for 4 hours straight (without even stopping for a drink), they had enough recorded material for a few records. They began playing together on a weekly basis, recording their stuff, then listening and producing something new. After a while, the band started performing live, playing their songs and improvising according to the crowd's reaction. Their shows are never the same, since the vibes change from show to show.
At first, the band was called "The Morning Jam" after that unforgetable morning, but soon changed it's name to "Urgenson"- a tribute to the crazy norwegian Dr. Urgenson, the man who produces the wierdest sounds in the univers.
