About Me

I'm Ashleigh/Ashley/Ash/whatever you can spit out at the moment. I'm the coolest person you'll ever meet, hands down. I'm trying to make it out of college with my Animal Science degree and my sanity. I picked my school because it had a good football team.
After I graduate in May, I'm living on the road all summer. I'll probably pick up some hitch-hikers and listen to a lot of bangin' 70's tunes (Eagles anyone?). I love being on the road.
After I roadtrip until my little heart's content, I'm moving to St. Louis with Shanny. She's going to be a nurse and I'm going to continue to be a Hooter's Girl. We're going to paint the living room red and go to the bars where we'll drink fancy drinks on other people's tabs. We will also adopt a dog named Rex who will refuse to go to East St. Louis for fear that we won't try and find her if she does.
Seriously though, I don't know what else you could want to know about me. I'm 21. I drink out of the bottle (it could be liquor or milk... I'll still drink it right out of it's container). I eat a bag of grapes a day. I make PostSecrets and hide them in the back of my photo album. My biggest fear is that one day my roommates will come home and catch my in the living room dancing to country music in my underwear while using the spatula as a microphone to sing along.

I love exercising... running with the dogs, going to the gym, dancing in the living room, or anything else you could think of. I like watching UT football (there's nothing like Neyland on Game Day!) and cheering the Vols on. I enjoy painting/coloring/drawing... anything where I get to be creative! I also like tanning, being out on the beach, and being involved in water sports.

I'd like to meet:

My parents 35 years ago. I bet they were badass hippies. We could travel together. Caitlin could come too.

Music:

I listen to a lot of country. A lot of it is old country, but sometimes I listen to the new stuff too. I also listen to a lot of southern rock.Lately, I've been listening to the Eagles and the Byrds, along with the great surf hits of the 50's, 60's, and 70's. Jan and Dean anyone?

Movies:

My favorite movie of all time is probably a tie between Little Miss Sunshine (I've seen that movie well over 100 times) and Princess Bride. I love watching comedies (anything with Seth Rogan in it is a must see). I'm not much of a horror movie fan (I'm scared of the dark) but I'll watch them if there's someone to keep me company!

Television:

I love the hokey reality TV... Cheaters, Blind Date, Maury, Jerry Spring, Sunset Tan (you get the picture). I also like Desperate Housewives and Law & Order: SVU.In other words, pretty much anything with drama.

Books:

I am a Harry Potter nerd, there's no way around it. I also liked "My Horizontal Life" by Chelsea Haddler. I don't read much, but I like mysteries and comedies.

Heroes:

My little sister is pretty much fantastic. She's seriously one of those people you look at and think "I wish I could do what she's doing."My parents are also pretty impressive, and they work hard for what they've got. Thanks guys, love you mucho!I also appreciate everything our soldiers are doing!
