Reef Rock has a new name!

WE HAVE CHANGED OUR NAME!

About Me

Former members of Dub Nysus have come back to the reggae scene after a short hiatus and regrouping. With the addition of Ryan Streett, older brother to drummer Cory, and Andy taking over lead vocal, a little thing called Reef Rock was born. Even as they continue to dig up a new bass player, they have ignited the next rock & roll movement, a revolution of sorts. As a tribute to the amazing soul that music once had, and as a kick in the nuts to the artificial, stagnant suckfest that the modern scene has become, the Reef Rock Rebels seek to do something about it. Combining the reggae stylee with their down and dirty rock, Reef Rock is as innovative as they are original. Here is an idea of what one can expect from the Rebellion. Do you know that happy feeling when you walk on the beach, feeling the warm sand under your feet, scoping out the hotties, and feeling the cool waves crash around your legs? Think of that, and then suddenly a crazy son of a bitch comes up behind you and smashes a guitar across the back of your skull, but you fight back, and with a rush of adrenaline overpower the attacker, stealing his wallet and with the winnings, going out for a delicious steak dinner. That's pretty much exactly the kind of idea the sound is evolving from. This is the Reef Rock Rebellion, become part of it, or suffer the fate of not being awesome, which is really shitty. We are Reef Rock Rebellion

Sounds Like: Smash a beer bottle, fill the remains with a lock of Bob Marley's hair, a scoop of sand, one of Jimi Hendrix's guitar picks, some gunpowder, the gear shifter knob off a 1967 mustang, shark teeth, a drumstick broken by John Bonham, a plutonium rod, and pictures of us doing our hot girlfriends. Stir it all together, and then throw in a match to watch it catapult and explode in the upper atmosphere. That's what we sound like.
