I tear my heart open. I sew my self shut. My weakness is that I care too much. And our scars remind us that the past is real. I tear my heart open just to feel.
You said you read me like a book but the pages were all torn and frayed.~*(@

Hobgoblin of little minds
The other terror that scares us from self-trust is our consistency; a reverence for our past act or word, because the eyes of others have no other data for computing our orbit than our past acts, and we are loath to disappoint them.
...A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, adored by little statesmen and philosophers and divines. With consistency a great soul has simply nothing to do. He may as well concern himself with his shadow on the wall. Speak what you think now in hard words, and to-morrow speak what to-morrow thinks in hard words again, though it contradict every thing you said to-day. — 'Ah, so you shall be sure to be misunderstood.' — Is it so bad, then, to be misunderstood? Pythagoras was misunderstood, and Socrates, and Jesus, and Luther, and Copernicus, and Galileo, and Newton, and every pure and wise spirit that ever took flesh. To be great is to be misunderstood.
~Ralph Waldo Emerson

What Is your Aura and How Does It Effect You
You are indigo...Indigo is the most recent aura
color to arrive on the planet. Indigos are
ushering in a new energy, a new consciousness,
and a new age of peace and harmony. Whereas
Violets feel driven to help save the planet, to
educate the masses, and to improve life here,Indigos are here to live as examples of a new higher awareness.
The words used to describe Indigos include honest, aware,
highly intuitive, psychic, independent, fearless, strong-willed, and sensitive.
Indigos are old souls who know who they are and where they've come from. Some consider Indigos to be bizarre.
These assertive individuals are born with their spiritual memories intact, with vivid details of past lives or recent encounters with spiritual beings, and seem to have amazing psychic abilities. Parents are often at a loss as to how to raise these amazing little beings.
An unusual characteristic of Indigos is that they frequently appear androgynous. It is often difficult to tell if Indigos are male or female, homosexual, heterosexual, bisexual, or asexual.
It's as if Indigos have both the yin and yang, male and female qualities within them. Their sexuality is not their primary concern however; it is their spirituality.

My son gives me great strength and he's such an incredible person...he helps me keep my imagination alive
I gotta add my mother and grandmother, because without them I wouldn't be who I am today.
I've grown up with this beautifully mystical tree. I miss this tree.
Mimosa Tree (Albizzia julbrissin)
Identification:
Leaves: Bipinnately compound. 5 to 12 pairs of side axes covered with fine hairs. 15 to 30 pairs of oblong pale green leaflets, 3/8 to 5/8 inch long. Does not leaf out until very late in the spring. No fall color as leaves die off green when killed by frost.
Flower: More than 1 inch long with long threadlike pink stamens whitish toward the base, in ball like clusters 1-1/2 to 2 inches wide grouped at the end of the stem throughout the summer. The pink powder-puff blossoms are very fragrant and practically drip with nectar, attracting everything from hummingbirds to honeybees to butterflies.
Fruit: 5 to 8 inches long; flat pointed oblong pod; yellow-brown; maturing in summer, remaining closed; several beanlike flattened shiny brown seeds.
Bark: Smooth gray-brown..
Form: Broad, flattened crown of spreading branches; short trunk or several trunks.
Family: Leguminosae (Pea family)
Common Names: Silk tree
Flowers: June - August
Parts Used: Bark and flowers
Habitat: Open areas, wasteland, and dry gravelly soils. Native from China. Naturalized from Maryland to southern Florida, west to eastern Texas, north to Indiana. Hardy to USDA Zone 6. Grows best in the middle of an open area where its limbs can reach their full spread.
History: Introduced into the U.S. in 1785 by Filippo Degli Albizzia, a florentine nobleman. Julibrissan: Derived from the Persian gul-ebruschin, meaning soft silken threads, a reference to the flowers.
Consituents: Bark: Alpha-spinasteryl-beta-d-glucoside, arsenic, calcium, copper,
iron, magnesium, mercury, potassium, saponin, sodium, tannin, zinc.
Plant: Acacic-acid, albiside.
Seed: Albizzin, fat, protein, S-(beta-carboxy-ethyl)-l-cysteine.
Medicinal Properties:
Mimosa tree bark is bitter and astringent. The astringent compounds are used to shrink inflamed tissues, especially the uterus. The bitter compounds are used to relieve pain; are sedative to treat insomnia or anxiety; increase blood circulation to treat heart palpitation; and increase the flow of urine to treat inflammatory skin conditions.
The flower of the mimosa tree is used to relieve constrained liver, and also has a calming effect when the associated symptoms of insomnia, poor memory, irritability, epigastric pain, and feelings of pressure in the chest are present. Research has shown that the flower of the mimosa tree has a sedative effect.
