I am one of the sound technicians at Cole Auditorium in Hamlet, N.C. I get to work with some amazing performers and other technicians.
I also help with Richmond Community Theatre in Rockingham. If you have not seen a show at RCT you are really missing out. The performances are some of the best you will see on any stage.
Photography is another hobby of mine. I always have the camera with me. ( FLICKR PICTURES ) will take you to my photo sharing site. I have 13,000+ shots posted at the moment. I am constantly thinking of ideas for photos. I have shots of bugs, kids, animals, landscapes, portraits....etc.
I also participate in an online photographer workshop that assignes photo projects each week. I may be emailing or calling on some of my friends to help me out. Be prepared! My Camera!!!
HEY!!!!!!! I need some more subjects to shoot!!!!
Adults, kids, groups, cars, pets...etc....email me if you are interested.
I have arranged photo shoots with a couple of Myspace friends. Click on their names to view the photo sets.

Welcome to my Myspace page!!This has been a great resource for meeting new people and sharing my hobbies.

I am currently working on some new songs: Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls, Crashed by Daughtry, Stormy Weather by Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Thinking About You by Puddle of Mudd, She Talks To Angels by The Black Crows and a few more.

Many of the songs that I choose to play recommended by my friends. If you know a song that you think I could manage to sing, please send me a note!

There are not many local places that would be suitable for my style of performance. The local bars/clubs want bands and I prefer small intimate settings. My name is on the list at Hudson Brothers Deli. Hopefully I can schedule a Wednesday night show soon. I also have some other ideas and will keep everyone up-to-date if anything comes through. My next step will be to contact some places out of town to perform. Please, keep sending suggestions.

Below is "Missing You" with my youngest son dancing.....he is funny! This video is from the 2007 Richmond County Relay For Life performance. I call it my "Stadium Tour" HA!! Hope you enjoy.

Mochatopia September 15th.

Influences:

Eddie Van Halen, SRV, Jason Mraz, Kirk Hammett, John Mayer, Carlos Santana, Jimi Hendrix, James Taylor, Joe Satriani, Gary Hoey, Ace Frehley, Paul Gilbert, Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, Joey Moree, Ben Kirk, my guitar students, players who visit Guitar Stuff Music Store and play some cool tunes....all of the great guitar players.

Watching or listening to people play gives me the drive to continue my own journey toward becoming a great musician. I also get inspiration and energy from my friends who encourage me to continue playing. :)

Oliver Wendell Holmes:

"Just say good night."

When I look into your beautiful blue eyes
I am reminded of your favorite color.

The way you smile and stare back at me, oh my
It is unlike any other pleasure.

Your lips, your hair, your kiss, so fine.
you are so much fun you silly girl.

I want to be with you and create new good times.
I want you to be part of my crazy world.

So close but yet so far away
I have so much I want to say
I think about you all the time.
Don’t let me go. Just say good night.

I dream about you everyday
I love you in so many ways
Being with you feels so right
Don’t let me go. Just say good night.

When you pull me close and hold me so tight
I feel like I am in a much better place.

You make me laugh and keep me up late at night.
I’d do anything to see your pretty face.

My hands like moving slowly through your soft hair
It’s hard for me to stay subdued

I feel like I need to kiss you when you are near.
My lips are saying "I love you!"

So close but yet so far away
I have so much I want to say
I think about you all the time.
Don’t let me go. Just say good night.

I dream about you everyday
I love you in so many ways
Being with you feels so right
Don’t let me go. Just say good night.

You think you’re the best:
Make me forget the rest:
Girl you don’t know me:
I doubt you can match the:
most wonderful motions :
I have stored in mind:
To be part of that:
You have to be one of a kind: You must think with my brain:
Speak to me with out saying:
a word just your actions:
That’s how to get me on:
cue with your thoughts:
Our connections on time:
to be part of that:
You have to be one of a kind:
The discovery of song and the creation of musical instruments both owed their origin to a human impulse which lies much deeper than conscious intention: the need for rhythm in life… the need is a deep one, transcending thought, and disregarded at our peril. ~Richard Baker:
