My passion for music traces back to my grammar school days singing in the glee club at one time being the only male member I was always fascinated about the groups and the bands as well as the solo artists for the music that they recorded. Then it was taken a step further when they brought sizzling live performances to our local arenas and concert venues. It was like a hypnotic spell i was under. that's when i decided this is what i wanted to do professionally.Back in the 1970's it was not called classic soul back then but only because it deservedly stood the test of time that it was bestowed with this title. Having the pleasure of meeting a lot of the artists whose records and cds I've collected over the years changed my perception of the stars. They were down to earth people like everyone except in a high profile environment. I would come to them with questions and i listened intently harboring on their many years of experience in a business that can be as cruel as it is rewarding. Patience is a virtue and if the love for your craft and your desire is strong success will come to you eventually. It does not happen overnight but you must reach deep down inside yourself and believe to achieve. It is with dogged determination and personal sacrifice and little sleep that you must deal with to see the results you are looking for. If you are blessed with a gift do not abuse it. Your spirit should be infectious so that others will gravitate to you and keep a song in your heart.God bless you all. YES WE CAN ..
