OK...I've had it with the gut, and it's comin off this month! Starting today, I am on a kick to drop 15 pounds by 1 May. I think this is an achieveable goal, and I'll be posting my progres...

So I'm here in Ohio for some training (a.k.a. "Death By Powerpoint) and it snowed so much today that they closed the base, thereby canceling classes! YAY!!!
