He appears to be some kind of organised crime boss and employed Jin as a hit man or enforcer.He is mentioned a few times in The Lost Experience, for example in Rachel Blake Post 004 he was mentioned in a conversation between Mittelwerk and Minsu. (However, because "Paik" is a very common name in Korea and could be refering to someone else.)He found about his daughter Sun's affair with Jae Lee. He didn't tell Jin about it but instead told him that Jae Lee has been stealing from him and then demanded Jin kill Lee to restore the family's honor.
