Flagship Navigator of the American Civil Rights Movement
The Constitution of the United States boasts the signatures of those deemed as the founding fathers of this great nation: George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, Jr. among others. However, formed was a nation of inequality where all people were, in reality, not equal. Martin Luther King, Jr., in effect, was the founding father of the more perfect union, where the significance of skin color as a judgment of one’s character was to be nonexistent.

The embodiment of peace;
An example of ceaseless love,
It’s impossible to look at Rev. King and not know God’s above.
Revealed through his words,
confirmed by his actions,
In opportunities to fight with fists and guns, he fought with nonviolent reactions.
Blessed are the peacemakers:
They’re children of the Lord (Matthew 5:9),
Such as King, who served tirelessly,
tirelessly for his Reward.
In the fearsome face of hatred,
