DANCING FLY

"JAB-JAB" is a band whose name is known through-out the entertainment world. Legendary finalists in the Melody Maker Rock Contest at London's famous Roundhouse, ( just ask Bob Harris, Keith Emerson, Roger Daltrey and Brian Johnson of AC/DC ), we were the hottest band of the '70's and '80's never to hit the big-time. We have now re-formed and have revived their act, under the name of "DANCING FLY ", (sometimes working under the names of "Black Gold", "Karibbean Knights", and "The Blackness" depending on the promoter's wishes !!). "DANCING FLY" have been together for nearly ten years now, playing original songs and covers in mainly reggae or soca (cayac). We also play quite a lot of rock songs in reggae/or soca; inc. Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Thin Lizzy, Free etc. You can see where we are coming from !! Our stage show, is, as it always has been, unique, and guaranteed to leave the audience gasping for more.We are fully equipped sound-wise and have our own light show and can play all types of gigs. including cabaret, colleges, clubs (working men's, disco, rock etc.); corporate events; festivals (indoor and outdoor), loud or quiet !!!! Our set list can be either original, or covers, or a selection of both, including such songs as "Imagine"; "You Sexy Thing"; "Brown-Eyed Girl"; "Hey Joe"; "Hot Hot Hot"; "All Right Now"; "No Woman No Cry"; "One Love"; "Stand By Me"; "All Along The Watchtower"; "Red Red Wine"; "Electric Avenue"; "Whiskey in the Jar"; "Brown-eyed Girl"; "Spirit In the Sky"; "Dance The Night Away"; "Another Brick in the Wall"; "Comfortably Numb" etc................
