Well...Here it goes.....Born an Bred in Adelaide I am the second eldest in a family of 3 boys and 8 girls. Both brothers and 5 sisters live in Queensland in an outback town most people have never heard of.....Spent the best part of 20 years competing in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting (NO..we don't do Bench Press so stop F@&#ing asking), represented Australia on many occasions and travelled to plenty of interesting places.These days I ride my deadly treadly around the quiet streets and hills of little old Adelaide to keep fit...and do the odd gym workout when I can (working on beach muscle of course)........
