From 1961 until 2000 I was Bozo the Clown's sidekick on the long running and popular "Bozo's Circus"," The Bozo Show" and finally "The Bozo Super Sunday Show" on Chicago's telvision station WGN. During the show's final years we aired only on Sunday mornings. In previous years were on every weekday. Kids across America would tune into the daily fun and mayhem that took part in our studio. We also had a live studio audience on hand to take part as well. Many believe that had the studio heads at WGN invested more money into the show, we'd still be on the air today. I was inducted into the Clown Hall of Fame in 1996! I hung up the makeup in 1994 as I retired from The Bozo Show.I hope to meet all of my fans here on myspace!I have listed clip below from where Joey D'Auria was interviewed on WGN's news. There are a few shots of me too.On January 22, 2001, Roy Brown (aka Cooky the Clown) passed away at the age of 68. He not only performed as Cooky, but also operated the puppets on both Garfield Goose and Ray Rayner. His talent will certainly be missed! However, Cookie the Clown lives on in Mypsace!
