About Me

I am so totally obsessed with gay culture! I live for the gay press every week, it's quite sad but I make no secret of it! :) I live in the inner west but love the eastern suburbs and hope to get back there some day. Yay for the beaches! I am absolutely in love with my mum and am pretty close to the rest of my family too. I've been in a relationship for the past 11 years so am only looking for friends on here. I love movies, tv (thank God for Foxtel Platinum), going to the beach, shopping, shopping and more shopping, going clubbing, hanging out at cool cafes with friends (Newtown is the best for that sort of thing) and going for the odd drink or 20 at Slide or any other gay venue around Oxford St or Newtown. I currently work in IT but the big dream is to run my own hole-in-the-wall style cafe making really good coffees all day long listening to dance music or Kylie or whatever else takes my fancy at the time!..

TENNIS!!! Man I love it, I love watching it and playing it and being coached in it! Also love TV, movies, clubbing, coffees, my animals (2 cats & 2 dogs), being a dick head with Evvie and my friends, reading, going to the beach, surfing the net for party pics!

Television:

Most things on the Crime & Investigation channel, Will & Grace, Medium, Law & Order SVU (hhhmmm Olivia), Queer as Folk, The L Word, Neighbours, Come Dine With Me, Project Runway (I'll blame Ev for that one), Sex & The City (I'll blame Alex for that one!), Frasier, Seinfeld.

Books:

Anything by Augusten Burroughs (except for his first one). I love him! I also love biographies and most things that are gay themed. Also loved The Beach (heaps better than the film) and Memoirs of a Geisha (again, heaps better than the film), Port Arthur 10 Years On.

Heroes:

My mum, Michael Moore and Monika Biernicki or anyone who works to save animals (I wish I could be one of them but am too much of a wuss). Oh and last but not least by any stretch, Alex Alexandrou. What a man, what a man, what a mighty good man. He's a mighty, mighty good man.
