I'm extreamly random. I find myself letting my mind wonder, ALOT. I'm paranoid at times. I am told that I think too little of myself. I love sleep, but I also like the feeling I get from the absence of it. Eventually, when I get my own house, I wanna get a couple pet ferrets and minks. I have a firm belief that everyone is responsible for their own destiny. I'm a realist, but at the same time also a dreamer and sometimes act without thinking. Promises mean alot to me; both those that I give as well as the ones I receive. I'm a perfectionist, but only with a few things. Love is a massively overused word. The great irony of the universe is that humans are the most inhumane animal in known existence. Unnecessary repetition is very annoying. Everyone has the right to live the way they want without having to worry about someone coming along and telling them that it's wrong. I've always been more comfortable sitting out side of the circle reading people as they go on about various things. It bothers me when beliefs are forced upon others. I've found the more wide spread a belief system becomes the more it starts to contradict itself. Of course, like anything else, there are acceptions to this. While I think it's great that people have found something to believe in, the majority of people take it farther than it was ever intended to go. The whole reason most religions formed in the first place was to provide a few general guidelines on to live like a decent person and to explain the world around us that, at the time, was a mystery to us (and not an instruction manual on how everyone should live). But, sadly people have taken it way too far. We can see it throughout history. The most harmful of which happened during the Dark Ages, Renaissance, and Crusades. Not to mention other attitudes of hatred, bigotry, and ignorance that still exist today that have caused nothing but pain and suffering. And more often than not people look to religion because they're so damn weak-minded that, in order to survive, they feel like they have to look to some imaginary figure to tell them how to live. It's sad but also very annoying when I see someone trying to be something they're not. Unoriginal people are dull, boring and too scared to come out of their nice comfortable little box to accomplish anything of any significance. Politicians and government officials have become useless and (for lack of a better word) deadweight. They spend so much time covering their own ass, afraid to take any kind of responsibility, that there's never any room or time left for anything else.
General rants of random annoyances
I have a general belief that most people are just plain stupid (i.e. a supreme unequivocal ignorance about how minute and insignificant our role in the universe and the overall sceme of things really is). I'm not saying that our lives are worthless, just that I think people should be a little more realistic in the way we live our lives. I've noticed more and more people wasting way too much time trying to attain "perfection". I wish people would stop being so concerned with what other people think and just life their lives the way they want. In the same respect, I also wish people would stop trying to tell each other how to live, it's really getting very annoying. (This especially includes you damn religious fanatics who only allow yourselves to see the world from one perspective and negate any other point of view. Killing any chance for your beliefs to grow and evolve with the world around it.) Then there's you fuck-wits who preach tolerance and how horrible discrimination is. Then turn around unless someone lives, acts, and has the beliefs and values that you think they should have then that gives you the right to treat them as less of a person. Gee, doesn't that seem familiar. That's fucking called hypocrisy and it pisses me off!!!!
Another thing that I can't stand is when these weak-minded idiots abandon everything that defines who they really are for the sake of "fitting in". With people who probably wouldn't so much as lift a finger to help them in any way, unless they were getting something out of it. No one should have to change what they really are for anyone, EVER.
Religious Beliefs
As far as religion goes I'm somewhere in between an Agnostic and a Deist. Agnostic, because, there can never any irrefutable proof that god exists and Diest, because, as a matter of principle I believe that everything in the world is the way it is because of a set of a random series of events that could have resulted in one of several billion different ways. Lastly, I think it's great that people have faith. But imposing you're beliefs on other people and telling them that there is only one "right" way to be and/or that their way of living or believing in something is in anyway wrong really pisses me off. And I'm about to the point where I'm just gunna go and carefully study the primary religious texts around the world. Just so that the next time some body comes up to me and try to preach to me about how there's is the only one "true" way to believe. I can go and actually point out exactly how fucked up their beliefs and the way they have faith really are. I'm not saying don't have faith, just do everyone a favor and realize that yours isn't the only religion out there and that your views are just as valid as anyone else's. After all nobody really knows what will come, because every one of these were written by humans and as humans we are very prone to making lots and lots of mistakes; mostly due to the great variety of interpretations that have been made and written over the years.
