On a normal basis I organize myself by making lists. So, it only seemed fitting as I embark upon a new chapter in my life, that I should tell you about myself in a list.
School and Job Related:
- I'm a recent graduate from Texas State University.
- I have a Bachelor’s of Music with an emphasis on Sound Recording Technology (aka Sound Engineering).
- I’m looking for a job in the film industry doing production and post-production sound work.
- I’m currently working freelance as a Production Assistant, Sound Engineer, &/or Sound Assistant.
- Temporarily though, I'm working as a Data Clerk in the Oil & Gas Business.
- I’ve played the clarinet for 13 years now.
Little facts & quirks:
- I’m single, yet again.
- I'm currently trying my hand at SLOWLY writing a novel.
- I’m naturally blonde but was born a brunette, so I do have a brain. Haha…
- My eyes can't decide whether to be blue or green.
- An addiction for make-up and shoes has definitely been passed down to me.
- I have a passion for the arts, especially music, film, and photography.
- I want to travel and see as much of this world as possible.
- I have been to 9 other countries and will definitely be expanding on that list ASAP.
- I’ve kissed the Blarney Stone.
- I’ve stood on a glacier, as well as a Tri-Continental Divide.
- I've been in two places at once, several times.
- I like to pick out the bad sound effects and voice over’s in movies. Don’t worry I can keep them to myself though.
- I am the only child and my parents are surprisingly still together.
- My best friends mean the world to me b/c they are the brothers and sisters I never had.
- I miss small town San Marcos more than I ever thought I would.
- I miss all my SRT people; life just isn't as fun without them around all the time!
- I love crystal and own more of it than any normal 24 year old.
- I talk in my sleep.
- I’m a sarcastic procrastinator.
- I’m a t-shirt and jeans kind of girl.
- I could live in flip-flops.
- I’m a snuggler.
- I sometimes make up my own words, i.e. -> snuggler. Haha…
- I’m a caffeine addict who hardly ever drinks coffee.
- I love good Chinese food, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, cereal, and strawberry-banana smoothies, but not all together. Haha…
- I’m usually extremely organized, but my room is usually a mess.
- I’m a planner who craves spontaneity at times, so therefore will plan for spontaneity.
- I love office supplies.
- I still do art and crafts projects.
- Sometimes I wish I had my own font.
- I’m a Mac lover who tolerates PCs just fine.
- Tetris can still suck away my life.
- I’m developing a love for photography…not just Photo Booth. Haha!
- I admit it, when I'm bored I take lots of random pictures of myself using Photo Booth. Hey, it passes the time and gives me a reason to be silly.
- I own orgasmic, red pots and pans, just ask Carolina.
- I DESPISE being late.
- I enjoy baking more than cooking, but that soon shall have to change.
- I’m a night owl through and through.
- I loved reading the 4-part Twilight Saga, but wasn't a huge fan of the movie.
- Life confuses the hell out of me!
- I used to sell candy in high school for money to put towards going to concerts.
- JRT is someone I am bound to meet some day.
- I adore a guy who is a gentleman.
- If you are honest and can make me laugh, you might have just found a friend for life.
