Band Members: I've done most of this myself. I have some canned drums, but in the song Thank You for Surprising Me, I had some help. I belong to some music forums, and the wonderful VTGreen and Tjarko helped me out on drums and bass, respectively. I've just started getting into loops and using midi to create my drums with wav samples. That's been pretty cool. All my music seems to be in either 3/4, 6/8 or 12/8, and it's not that easy to find loops that way, so the midi comes in handy!Other than that, I can't think of any other members. Oh, yes I can. Jeff Marcomb http://www.jeffmarcomb.com did all the music on Please, and he did a fantastic job! I just came up with the measly melody, lol. And, Walking in Arms, was written by Erland Cooper from the UK, but he wrote in on guitar and much faster than I performed it. His name is Carnival here, I believe. He is one of my friends maybe you can find him. Both those two, as well as VTGreen (don't know his real name, might be Dan) and Tjarko, who doesn't use a fake name, that's really what it is. Anyway, Erland Cooper, He wrote to me and asked that I re-arrange his lovely tunr in my style, as he said he was a fan of it. So, I did, and the results are what you hear. I wish you could hear his version. It's outstanding. He's just so full of talent, it makes me want to vomit, lol. So, there are my band members, lol.
Influences: Oh, geez, where to begin. Pretty much all singer/songwriters. I love Alicia Keys, Fiona Apple, Tori Amos, Carole King, Nat King Cole, and his daughter, Natalie. There's 10,000 Maniacs, the Cocteau Twins, XTC, and so many others, I have to mention Pink Floyd, I love the women backup vocals. And Roger Waters is my favorite, I think, though it could be Gilmore too. I wish they were still together! The Eagles, Steve Miller Band, but these guys aren't really influential to me, Seal, all the old, torch songs from the 40's era, and Billie Holiday, so many of the old folks that just aren't around anymore. Well, gotta go, but there's more, so I'll add as I think of them!new myspace layouts here! **click here** for new layouts!.. This profile was pimped out at PimpWebpage.com PimpWebpage.com:
