What you have here is an honest assessment and tribute to the late 70's punk music. With many different musical generes accredited to each members background (including traditional, choral/theatrical, metal...) These are four musicians with integrity well beyond their average age of 16...
Unlike the many modern day interpretations of those legendary ground-breakers of the 70's, SCREAM IN VAINE has no intention of trying to make their music (show) a reinvention or contemporary version of this era. Their extensive musical backgrounds all contribute to a no-holds barred approach to their concept. Their main components are the energy, attitude, and above all fun with music, rock n roll as it was and should be. The attitude of their youth is the driving force, along with their simple approach to tributing to their members: "If it's not broke don't fix it".
Almost bizarre, but truly amazing is the diversity that somewhat funneled into SCREAM IN VAINE, reliving and helping to push the circle of musical trends back into the loop. Attitude+fun+music=the expression of rock n roll. SCREAM IN VAINE is unaffected by the industry, pressures, or the status quo. Thankfully these guys just don't care about that, just the music.
