My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Authors. LOVE IT!!!
Fellow Readers
librarians
and of course all you teens from Norwich

Never really meet anyone famous walking down the street, though I've meet a few big authors.
Christopher Paolini is one. He's swell.

Judy Blue was cool too. It was funny because the guy introducing her didn't announce one of her books properly and she knew that I knew. It was pretty cool.

Briefly met Bruce Coville (which was unexpected)

Katerine Patterson and Chris Van Allsburg.

And Mitali Perkins who wrote Monsoon Summer, which is a great book. She was funny.

Patrick Jones, that was really cool. I've been wanting to meet him for ages, librarians turned author

Stephenie Meyer: she was really funny!

Launne Rice: she was great and super nice!

Jane O'Conner author of the FANCY NANCY books!

Meg Cabot, who was wicked wicked funny and talks just like she writes.

BEA: Lisa Ann Sandell, who wrote the amazing book Song of the Sparrow and while I was chatting with her and telling her we were friends on myspace, Aimee Friedman was right there, so I talked with her, and then Scott Westerfeld and Rachel Cohn walked by.

It was AMAZING! I was on high for the rest of the day.

I also briefly talked with Melissa de la Cruz and even more briefly with David Levithan and Libba Bray and upcoming Tiffany Trent.

Authors met at ALA: Judy Blume (Again, but this time she signed a book for me!!!!) Laurie Halse Anderson, Lois Lowery, Alyson Noel, Walter Dean Myers, Ellen Wittenger, David Almond, E Lockheart, and John Green

Jennifer Lynn Barnes: she was sweet and funny and talked a lot about writing and her "15 year old girl" qualities.
JUST MET: Lisa Barham: wicked nice. we had fun chatting. she knows so much about the fashion and entertainment world.
